The Institute of Executive Assistants and Administrators (IEAA) is a not for profit organisation. We have over 5,000 members. Membership is attained by the completion of our qualifications. IEAA offers qualifications for PAs, Executive PAs, Executive Assistants, Office Managers and Administrators. These from part of our course qualifications.

However, we do offer qualifications in the field of Virtual Assistants, Legal Secretaries and Medical Administration.

Specialist training material is offered by our providers in Minute Taking, Business Written Communications, Social Media for Administrators, Event Management, Finance, Bookkeeping and Project Management.

Our aim is to ensure that Executive Assistant and other office professionals are provided with a high quality standard of training.
