When you sign up for training courses directly on our website or through our training providers, all of your membership fees and exam fees will be included within the fees. Resits for failed assessments are not included and the provider will only include one year’s membership, beyond one year you will need to pay your
Yes. Many people with qualification or work experience that demonstrate they already have Level 3 skills, can apply for exemptions and commence the qualification at Level 4. Anyone with doubts about the best level, should contact either ourselves of one of our training providers.
IEAA qualification are delivered by our accredited training providers. We have providers delivering courses in several cities across the world. We also have providers delivering courses in Virtual Classroom formats.
Successfully passing any of our Certificate Courses or Diplomas will lead to the IEAA issuing an official qualification. You can verify the training and qualification, by going to our Qualification page.

No. Most learners will start at Level 3. Level 2 qualifications are designed for people with limited underlying administrative or transferrable skills. The Level 2 qualification is ideal for targeting specific jobs. You can opt for Junior Administration roles or Professional Receptionist careers.
