Microsoft Office Diploma Course for Executive Assistants. This course is brought to the IEAA in partnership with a Microsoft Certified Academy. The course has been designed to ensure that learners gain a high level of Microsoft Office skills that is most suitable to an Executive Assistant or administrative professional.

Microsoft Office Diploma Course for Executive Assistants

The Diploma is delivered online by an interactive training programme that has been developed by Microsoft Platinum Partners. The training system contains a virtual tutor function that will instruct the learner and provides practical exercises.

Course Dates

The course is completely flexible, so it can be started on any date. There is no fixed schedule. Learners can study at any time. You have up to one year to complete the Diploma, but you can complete the Diploma much sooner with full-time study.

Course Certification

You will receive a Microsoft Office Diploma from the IEAA upon successful completion. Additionally, our Microsoft partners offer CPD Standards Diploma Certification.

Course Content

You will take training in the below programmes:

  • Excel (to Advanced Level)
  • Word (to Advanced Level)
  • Outlook (to Advanced Level)
  • PowerPoint (to Advanced Level)
  • Teams
  • SharePoint
  • Office365

On completion of each module, there is an assessment and this will lead to certification. To attain the Diploma, you must complete (5 assessments at least). Teams, SharePoint and Office365 have been added to the Diploma to ensure that Executive Assistants can develop the range of skills needed to adapt to working remotely.

Dates and Duration

You have 6 months to complete the training. All of the training is on a flexible hours basis. This means that you can start at any time and study on the schedule that suits you.
